MyAILTL

MyAILTL is the private layer beneath the LTL.com ecosystem — the workflow and transportation-management system where shipments are actually developed, structured, and controlled.

Its purpose is to turn conversation into structured freight data. A shipment usually starts as an informal description: what is moving, roughly how big, going where, needed by when. MyAILTL is designed to develop that into a complete, checkable record — commodity detail, packaging, dimensions and weight, classification, accessorials, locations and timing — while keeping a trail of how each field came to hold its value.

Two principles shape the design. First, provenance: a proposed change is visible as a proposal, with its source attached, before it becomes part of the record. Second, operational control: the system suggests and organizes, but a person approves what leaves it.
