A water-resistant prosthetic shower-leg system designed from lived experience to give amputees greater independence and safety while showering and performing wet-environment activities.
Development work explores smartphone-assisted scanning and digital fitting, 3D printing and modern manufacturing methods, below-knee applications first with future above-knee applications, collaboration with prosthetics professionals, and testing with real amputees.
