An AI-assisted freight conversation and planning layer designed to help users understand shipments, develop accurate requirements, explore options, and formalize carrier or provider interactions.

LTLAI is the conversational layer of LTL.com — the part a person talks to.

Freight has a vocabulary problem. The industry's terms, classification rules, accessorial charges, and service distinctions are learnable, but they are not obvious, and a shipper who gets them slightly wrong pays for it later. LTLAI is designed to close that gap by working through a shipment in plain language: what is moving, what the requirements really are, which service options fit, and what still needs to be decided.

It is built to develop requirements rather than to guess at them. Where information is missing, the intent is to ask; where a choice has consequences, the intent is to state them; and where the next step involves a carrier or provider, the intent is to formalize the interaction rather than to obscure it.

LTLAI is in development. It sits on top of the structured freight data handled by MyAILTL and shares the same commitment to education and transparency as the rest of the LTL.com ecosystem.
