A carrier-facing environment for company profiles, service information, shipper visibility, lead handling, operational workflows, and direct participation in the LTL.com ecosystem.

Most freight technology is built for shippers and treats carriers as inventory. The LTL Carrier Platform is the other side of the LTL.com ecosystem: an environment built for carriers to represent themselves accurately.

It is designed around a carrier's own information — company profile, service area and lanes, equipment and capabilities, accessorial handling, contact and operational detail — presented so that shippers researching options are reading what the carrier actually says about itself rather than a third party's summary of it.

Beyond the profile, the platform is intended to handle the working relationship: shipper visibility, inbound leads and inquiries, and the operational workflows that follow, so that participation in LTL.com is direct rather than mediated.

This reflects the neutrality the wider platform is built on. An education- and transparency-first freight ecosystem only works if carriers have a real seat in it. The platform is currently in pilot and early access.
