An AI-assisted bill-of-lading review tool that identifies missing information, inconsistencies, classification concerns, accessorial risks, and questions that should be resolved before shipping.
The bill of lading is the document that governs an LTL shipment, and it is routinely filled out under time pressure by someone with other work to do. Small omissions on it become reclassifications, accessorial charges, delays, and disputes weeks later.
BOL Review reads a bill of lading before the shipment moves and reports what it finds: missing information, internal inconsistencies, classification concerns, accessorial exposure, and the specific questions that should be answered before pickup.
It is deliberately not an approval engine. The output is a review — findings and questions a person can act on — because the responsibility for what goes on the document belongs to the party signing it. The value is in catching the fixable problem while it is still cheap to fix.
BOL Review is available as an early-access tool within the LTL.com and My AI Logistics work, and is part of that ecosystem rather than a separate company.
