A shipper-facing freight classification, density, risk, and documentation tool designed to make freight information easier to understand before a shipment is quoted or moved.
Freight classification is where most LTL problems begin. A shipment is described once, early, by someone who may not know how the classification system reads it — and every downstream cost, dispute, and delay inherits that first description.
AI Freight Class is built to move that understanding earlier. It is a shipper-facing tool for working through what a shipment actually is: how it is packaged, how it measures, what its density works out to, how classification rules apply to it, what documentation it needs, and where the risk of a reclassification or accessorial charge sits.
The intent is explanation rather than automation. Instead of returning a number and asking the user to trust it, the tool is designed to show the reasoning — the measurements it used, the rule it applied, and the questions still unresolved — so the person making the decision keeps the judgment.
It is part of the same body of work as LTL.com and My AI Logistics, not a separate company. It is currently being prepared for release, and its scope is described here as designed, not as measured results.
